We offer a Real Estate Evaluation service that can help provide critical information allowing you to make an informed purchasing decision.  You will gain an understanding for budget requirements, timelines, and what the realistic possibilities are for the home.

We typically charge between $100-$350 for each evaluation, depending on the size of the project and client requirements.  The Real Estate Evaluation includes a visit to the prospective property followed by a written estimate.  The fee for these services will be deducted from the final Construction Contract price, if you decide to proceed with the project.
