Fabulous! We didn’t have a single problem. Distinctive was great about making sure the design was planned and everything was ordered before they started demolition. They came in at budget and ahead of schedule. They are one of the most professional companies we have dealt with, and it was a great experience. Our bathroom looks fantastic.

As an engineer, it is in my nature to thoroughly research any project and our home’s renovation was certainly no different. I was highly impressed with Distinctive’s project management and organization. Distinctive’s great attention to detail, which I experienced from the beginning (no other contractor provided a full gant chart for our project during the initial selection interviews), ultimately influenced my selecting Distinctive for our extensive renovation. We felt that if someone is detail-oriented enough to run a detailed project, they should be detailed enough to run a quality project. We’re happy to note that the finished product is pretty amazing; the addition of about 1,500 SF and renovation of our existing living area was more luxurious than we could have ever imagined. There will always be contractors who will probably give you a more "attractive" price, and some approached us during our selection phase, but none could compete with the commitment Distinctive Remodeling Solutions was able to make in terms of budget, timeline, and providing us the quality we wanted. Distinctive was extremely flexible to integrate our mid-project changes into the project plan to minimize costs and time to our final product. The project manager was extremely visible throughout the project, always checking the quality of the work throughout, making sure everyone arrived on time, and met all the agreed-upon conditions, down to weekly meetings in person to walk through, discuss where we were, and what was coming next.

Being a professional athlete traveling across the country, I really wanted a home to come home to. Distinctive customized my home’s complete renovation just for me. They incorporated elements of my heritage with European materials and styling and provided a modern and inviting kitchen perfect for cooking, relaxing, and entertaining (my new favorite room).
